Ichiryū was the President of the International Gourmet Organization, which implements all food-related laws in most countries of the Human World. He was a former disciple of "Gourmet God" Acacia, and trained all four of the Four Heavenly Kings from childhood. He was considered one of the world's most powerful individuals prior to his demise.
