Illumi Zoldyck is the eldest child of Kikyo and Silva Zoldyck. At the beginning of the series, he appeared under the guise of Gittarackur in the 287th Hunter Examination. Also, Illumi currently seems to be the only person that Hisoka claims as friend, although their relationship is unconventional.
